In the glass pale yellow with green tints, on the nose it has white flowers, brioche, grapefruit and candied fruits. Followed by good balance, a great attack of fruit in the mouth and a fresh lemon acidic finish.
The wine is aged on its lees, or sediment, for six months to impart more body to the wine.
Wine growing is practiced in an integrated way, in order to protect the soil and the environment. The vineyard belongs to the ARIANE network and works with the wine-making technicians of the Chamber of Agriculture: through shared observations and exchanges between wine growers, suitable eco strategies are found. Intervention is minimal and then only when required, we use selected products with minimum doses.
Thanks to these rigorous and transparent methods, the wines are authentic, aromatic and shaped by their terroir.less
