OWNER & MANAGER - Mark Harris
Mark first developed a passion for wine while working at Chateau Pontet Canet in Bordeaux in 1984. He has been a fan of The Wine Buff since 2001 and took over the ownership of the Ennis Wine Buff in November 2013. Mark has a keen interest in European food and wine and has worked extensively in these areas both in Ireland and the UK. His favourite wines are the Arantei Albarino from Galicia in Spain, the Chateau La Fauconnerie from Montagne St Emilion, France and, for a special treat, the Erbice Amarone from Verona, Italy.

The Burren Smokehouse was first established in 1989 by Birgitta and Peter Curtin. They researched the smoking traditions in Ireland and in Sweden and the idea of the Smokehouse was born. They carefully source high quality raw materials and produce Burren Smoked Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, and Cheese.
Brought to you from the West of Ireland, near County Clare’s wild Atlantic coast, St. Tola Irish goat cheese has achieved exceptional critical acclaim since its launch over twenty-five years ago.
Since opening in August 2006, Food Heaven Café & Deli has been steadily building a reputation for fine fresh food and friendly service.
Hazel Mountain Chocolates, a bespoke bean to bar, stoneground chocolate factory, is located at the foothills of the Burren, on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Unique to this region of Ireland, it is one of only a handful of boutique bean to bar chocolate makers in Europe and has recently been listed in the top ten food destinations in Ireland.
