Bernard Regalt’s passion for winemaking has been handed down to his daughter, Regine, and onto her two children Guillaume and Caroline. Three generations currently work in the vineyard.
This wine is typical of the Graves region, garnet colour with aromas of blackberry, liquorice, and cedar undertones from 12 months in oak barrels.
This is a food wine, vibrant with a strong mineral presence, reminiscent of the wet gravel stones on a rivers edge. Lively tannin which will pair amazingly with oily or fatty meats, new season lamb would be perfect. Great ageing potential in this Cuvee Prestige.
