Bernard Regalt’s passion for winemaking has been handed down to his daughter, Regine, and onto her two children Guillaume and Caroline. Three generations currently work in the vineyard.
A bright green hue, almost transparent. Fruity and floral nose. Fruity attack, citrus freshness with green notes of sauvignon. The structure is creamy and balanced.
David Malone's (The Wine Buff Newbridge) tasting notes: This is a well balanced blended wine, predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a hint of Semillion giving a slight waxy honeyness. While the blend is similar to Chateau Haut Maurin, I tasted the two side by side, and the Graves is definitely a step up – All of the elements of fruit, acidity and alcohol are in harmony, no single part is overpowering. It just tastes finer.
