Château Vieux Champs de Mars 2019

 Regis and his son Sebastien continue to make excpetional fresh tasting lively wines in the apellation of Castillion, Cotes de Bordeaux.

90% merlot supplemented by cabernets in the blend of this excellent 2019, aged in barrels for 12 months, a third of which are new. Dark ruby in the glass and releases aromas of leather, almond, ripe red fruit, with earthy notes. The ample, round and balanced tannins make this a great wine to match with new year lamb or ribeye steaks.
