Tom is orginally from the States, his grandfather emigrated to Boston from Co. Tipperary in the 1890's and eventually settled in Colorado. We've been back to Ireland on numerous occasions and decided to move back full time in 2004.  Tom is never happier then when he is tasting Burgundy the older the better.

The shop is open 5 days a week.
