Barry was one of the first franchisees to open a Wine Buff shop, having spent many years working in France he fell in love with all things french and this convinced him to embark on a career selling quality wines that you could get in France but not find here in Ireland.  One of Barry's favourites is Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region and has been known to down a couple of bottles of Vieux Champs de Mars from Regis Moro.
