Swartland Blanc de Noir 2022
Fruity aromas of fresh strawberries and slight floral notes. On the palate, appetising acidity and a fine sweetness to create a great taste to this medium to dry wine. The Pinotage grapes are briefly pressed with the skins which are quickly removed, so that not too much tannin passes into the wine.
